Our quotation form collects your name, company, email address, country and component requirements. Telephone number and message are optional. We also record the submission time and your acknowledgement that we will use your details to respond.

Please include information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information that we do not need.

We use enquiry information to assess component requirements, respond to you, prepare quotations and keep records of our dealings. For business contact enquiries, our intended lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and supplying components. Where you are personally a party to a prospective contract, relevant processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering that contract.

Security measures support our legitimate interest in preventing misuse. Optional referral tracking is based on your consent. The RFQ acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.

Essential cookies support secure forms, staff sign-in and remembering cookie choices. If you allow optional referral tracking, we record the first page visited after consent, the referring website hostname and campaign labels in your session. These details may accompany an enquiry you submit.

You can reject optional tracking and still request a quotation. Change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Rejecting removes unsubmitted referral details from the browser session; it does not erase an enquiry already submitted.

The current website does not load advertising pixels or Google Analytics. Search Console reporting is separate from visitor cookies on this site.

Enquiries are stored in our administration system and are available to authorised staff according to their access permissions. The form uses a session identifier to prevent duplicate submissions and restrict access to confirmations. A hashed network-address value is used to limit repeated submissions. Web infrastructure may also record connection information for security and troubleshooting.

Hosting and communication providers may process information to operate these services. Any sharing needed to progress a sourcing requirement must be limited to relevant information. Contact us for details of the providers and arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

The appropriate retention period depends on whether an enquiry progresses to an order, the need to follow up, and applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. Contact us to ask about information held in relation to your enquiry or to request its removal. Removing information may be limited where records are still needed for a legitimate purpose or legal obligation.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
